I was checking the Optical Drives at my computer, Oh not ! I figured out what was going on the drives. I Opened just to check it before I start throwing out the drives. I saw that the drives have a rubber that i looks very loose when it start turning. I took this out and replaced with another rubber band and turn it on. WOW ! the optical drive now works like it was brand new.
